Terms of Service
Last updated: May 16, 2026
These terms govern your use of ramayowater.com (the "Site") and any free water test or related services Ramayo Water offers. By using the Site or booking a service, you agree to these terms.
Free water test
A free in-home water test is offered to qualified residential and small-business properties in our service area in Florida and Georgia. Booking a test does not obligate you to purchase any product. The technician may make recommendations; you are free to accept or decline them.
Booking and cancellation
When you submit the booking form you are requesting an appointment, which we will confirm by phone or email. You may reschedule or cancel at no cost by replying to our confirmation email or calling (305) 555-0000.
Service area
Service is available within our published coverage area. If your ZIP code is outside that area, you may join the waitlist; we will contact you only if we expand into your area.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and the owner or authorized resident of the property to book a water test.
Accuracy of information
You agree to provide accurate and current information. Providing false information may result in cancellation of your appointment.
Acceptable use
You will not use the Site to: scrape or copy content in bulk, interfere with the operation of the Site, submit false bookings, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or violate any law.
Authorized dealer
Ramayo Water is an authorized RENEW WATER dealer. Product warranties are provided directly by the manufacturer under their published terms.

All Site content, including text, images, logos, and code, is owned by Ramayo Water or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reuse it without permission.
Disclaimers
The Site and water test are provided "as is." Water test results reflect conditions at the time of testing and may vary over time. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability of the Site.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ramayo Water is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or services.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless required otherwise by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the new terms.
